Who they are

Connection Training (CT) is a virtual space dedicated to teaching horse owners globally the art of establishing a profound bond with their horses. CT’s approach is rooted in scientific knowledge but emphasizes practical application. Their mission is to demonstrate how you can train your horse to tackle problems and achieve goals in a way that the horse enjoys too.

What I did

Over the past five years, I’ve collaborated closely with the incredible team at Connection Training (CT), a remarkable initiative that fuses scientific principles with practical techniques to revolutionize horse training. I had the pleasure of connecting with the founders on Toptal, and our professional relationship has flourished, built on mutual trust and respect.

CT entrusted me with managing their three websites: the primary site, the CT Club, and the one dedicated to their book. It was an honor to be part of their transformative journey, developing digital platforms that effectively communicate CT’s unique blend of science-based yet practical horse training approaches.

Recognizing the importance of uninterrupted, secure, and timely digital services for CT, we agreed on a monthly WordPress Care Plan. This ensures the smooth running of their websites 24/7. For the past three years, I have meticulously kept the sites secure, up-to-date, and aligned with the evolving needs of the CT community.

However, our collaboration extends beyond website management. I’ve implemented new features, made fixes and tweaks, and continuously enhanced the user experience on CT’s websites. Witnessing the platform evolve, grow, and empower CT’s members to connect more effectively with their horses has been profoundly rewarding.

My journey with Connection Training encapsulates my work philosophy: to be a trusted partner, not just a service provider.
