Who They Are

Ebsta is a trailblazer in the world of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), specifically designed for Salesforce users. Powered by data-driven insights, Ebsta aims to revolutionize the way businesses operate by providing unparalleled visibility across operations, optimizing revenue strategies, and refining sales cycles. At its core, Ebsta focuses on driving customer engagement and revenue growth through a suite of comprehensive tools such as Ebsta Team and Ebsta Inbox.

What I did

As a freelance WordPress developer, my task was to transform Ebsta’s vision into a fully functional, responsive website. I was given Figma designs, which I then converted into WordPress, ensuring seamless integration of different resources like Podcasts, Blogs, and Webinars, along with API integration.

The website, built from scratch, was tailored to be fast and user-friendly. I incorporated several landing pages and a comprehensive Pricing page. A dedicated Customers section was created, enabling Ebsta’s clientele to easily share and read reviews.

One key challenge was to reflect Ebsta’s intelligence-based operations on the website. To capture this, I focused on implementing smart, dynamic elements and data visualization tools.

Creating a seamless experience for the users was crucial. As such, the interface was designed to be interactive and intuitive, allowing users to navigate effortlessly through different services Ebsta offers.
